Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your NTC subscription at any time through the LaunchPass subscription management portal. Here's what happens when you cancel:

  • Immediate effect: Your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle
  • Continued access: You will retain access to premium channels until the end of your current billing period
  • Automatic role removal: Your premium Discord role will be automatically removed when your subscription ends
  • No partial refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and the fact that content is delivered immediately upon subscription, we generally do not offer refunds.

However, we may consider refund requests in the following cases:

  • Technical issues: If you were unable to access the service due to technical problems on our end
  • Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times
  • First-time subscribers: If you're a first-time subscriber and request a refund within 48 hours, we may consider your request on a case-by-case basis

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us through the Discord server
  2. Provide your Discord username and email used for payment
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Allow up to 5 business days for a response

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If prices increase:

  • Existing subscribers will be notified in advance
  • You will have the option to cancel before the new price takes effect
  • Early adopters may be grandfathered into their original pricing at our discretion

Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

  • You will be notified via email
  • Your access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed
  • You can update your payment information through LaunchPass
